EVENTS CANCELLATION POLICY

 

The Rotary Club of Adelaide is a volunteer run club.  As our events may incur upfront expenses the following cancellation policy applies:

  • A full refund will be issued if notification of a cancellation is given within 3 days of the event start date and time, unless otherwise stated within the specific Terms and Conditions of an event.
  • If you have paid for an event and then cannot attend, unless specifically stated on the event invitation that the ticket is not transferable, another person can attend in your place.
  • If an event is cancelled by the Rotary Club of Adelaide after payment has been made, a full refund will be issued to you within fourteen (14) business days after the scheduled date of the event, unless otherwise stated within the specific Terms and Conditions of that event.
